Remuneration:
Fixed Contract Fee: ₹ 30,000 per month.
Incentive: ₹ 875 per drawing beyond 20 A1 equivalent drawings per month.
Annual Increment: 3% of contract fee.
House Rent Allowance (HRA): 5% of contract fee if company accommodation not availed.
Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit (as on 21/05/2025): Minimum 18 years; no upper age limit specified.
Educational Qualification & Experience (as on 21/05/2025):
Diploma in Engineering with 3 years drafting experience in relevant field, (OR) ITI with 5 years drafting experience in relevant field, (OR) Matric + 12th/ Intermediate pass with 7 years drafting experience in relevant field.
Selection Process:
