Balmer Lawrie Supervisory Trainee Stipend:
₹ 18,000/- for X Class Cities (Taloja, Kolkata, Manali), ₹ 17,000/- for Y Class Cities, ₹ 16,000/- for Z Class Cities (Silvassa). Additional Lunch Allowance of ₹ 40 per day of attendance. Post-training absorption as Junior Officer at ₹ 21,750 – ₹ 65,000.
Balmer Lawrie Supervisory Trainee Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit (as on 22/07/2025):
Maximum 25 Years. Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years for PwBD (General/EWS), 13 years for PwBD (OBC-NCL), 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST), as per Govt. rules for Ex-Servicemen.
Educational Qualifications:
(1) Full-time Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline (Mechanical, Chemical/Petrochemical, Electrical, Electronics/Electrical, Paint/Surface Coating/Printing Technology, Leather Technology) with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
(2) Diplomas must be from AICTE/UGC/Central or State Govt. approved institutes.
(3) Candidates in final semester may apply, provided they meet the minimum marks requirement and join by 21/01/2026.
Balmer Lawrie Supervisory Trainee Selection Process:
Written Examination (1.5 hours, additional 30 minutes for PwBD candidates).
Document Verification.
Pre-employment Medical Examination.
