Educational Qualifications:
Station Officer (Sub-Inspector): B.Sc./B.E. in Fire Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
Fireman, Store Keeper: 10+2 from a recognized board.
Driver, Driver cum Operator: 10+2 + Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License.
Mechanic: ITI in Diesel Mechanic Trade.
Watchroom Operator: 10+2 + Trained Nagar Sainik (Civil Defence).
Wireless Operator (Contractual): 10+2 + Trained Nagar Sainik (Civil Defence) with Wireless Operator training.
