Age Limit:

Administrative Officer: 40 years
Section Officer, Senior Personal Assistant, Senior Assistant: 35 years
Assistant, Junior Assistant, Library Attendant: 32 years
Tabla Accompanist: 45 years

Educational Qualifications:

Administrative Officer (Pay Level-10):

(1) As per University of Delhi Recruitment Rules.

Section Officer (Pay Level-7):

(1) As per University of Delhi Recruitment Rules.

Senior Personal Assistant (Pay Level-7):

(1) As per University of Delhi Recruitment Rules.

Senior Assistant (Pay Level-6):

(1) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
(2) 3 years’ experience as Assistant or equivalent in a University/Research Establishment/Central/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies.

Assistant (Pay Level-4):

(1) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
(2) 2 years’ experience as Junior Assistant or equivalent.
(3) Typing speed: 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi).
(4) Proficiency in Computer Operations.

Junior Assistant (Pay Level-2):

(1) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
(2) Typing speed: 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi).
(3) Proficiency in Computer Operations.

Library Attendant (Pay Level-1):

(1) 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board.
(2) Certificate course in Library Science from a recognized Institution.
(3) Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Tabla Accompanist (Pay Level-4):

(1) Degree in Tabla/Pakhawaj OR Diploma/10+2 with 6 years’ training under an established Guru.
(2) Proficiency in Tabla/Pakhawaj accompaniment for Vocal/Instrumental music.
(3) Desirable: Knowledge of other percussion instruments, Hindustani music, 2 years’ work experience, A.I.R. grade preference.

Administrative Officer, Section Officer: Preliminary Test (MCQ, 400 marks), Main Examination (Descriptive, 70 marks), Interview/Personality Test (30 marks).
Senior Personal Assistant, Senior Assistant, Assistant, Junior Assistant: Preliminary Test (MCQ, 300 marks), Main Examination (Descriptive, 200 marks), Skill Test (Qualifying, 100 marks).
Library Attendant: Written Test (MCQ, 300 marks).
